Luke has 17 years of personal training experience working with a wide variety of clients, from chief executives to athletes. He has worked in Melbourne's beautiful parks, once the worlds best cruise liner Crystal Serenity, to large commercial gyms like Fitness First, and now, Dubai.Having completed his Human Movement (Exercise Science) degree in 2009 Luke decided he had fell in love with the hands on coaching/teaching of personal training. Since establishing his own business, Luke has further developed his coaching skills in multiple areas such as body composition, nutrition and sport nutrition, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, yoga, and boxing.Luke's strength as a coach lies in his broad knowledge base and ability to problem solve for each individual client. His capacity to not only train but teach clients how to change and maintain their new lifestyle is a strength that sets him apart from other coaches.There isn't any form of exercise Luke doesn't enjoy. Luke is a keen golfer and has played a variety of other sports, including Australian rules football, cricket, snowboarding, completed triathlons and half marathons, and summited two mountains.
